Hello, this is Cloud master.
First of all, I do apologize in giving you inconvenience with regards to purchasing fan club tickets.
And here let me inform you a few things about current booking condition and booking progress, which are your most wondering concerns at this moment.
Here’s the list of fan club members who booked from 10 p.m. on Oct. 30, which is the launching time, to 7 a.m. on Oct. 31, (For the international fans, the payment also should be done.) so that you can check your booking condition.
The double-booking members are clarified by date, group, and block and the priority is given to “including companies” and “the first booking time.”
Check out the list, which the above condition is adjusted to, and make the payment until 4 p.m. on Nov. 1 as we noticed previously.
[Additional booking progress]
The booking stopped currently, since so many people tried to book and some fake numbers were made because of the double-booking; it could cause some problem in figuring out the accurate sum by date and area. So, stopping the booking is for you to decide if you’d like to make a payment after you check your booking condition.
You can see the spare seat quantity clarified by date and block among the seats assigned for fan club in the posted list.
The additional booking will start from 10 p.m. on Nov 1, and proceed in the basis ‘first come, first served’ for the fan club members, who haven’t booked yet.
Those fan club members, who have already booked, should check your booking condition and make payment. (Don’t forget to make a payment with the real name of the booked person. For the domestic fan club, the payment should be made until 12 p.m. on Nov. 2.)
After checking the booking and payment, the finalized list will be posted before Nov. 3. Those members, who want to return, should email until Nov. 4 (the email address will be noticed later) and the refund will be made until Nov. 6.
Please remember that there won’t be any refund or additional booking after Nov. 6. Please use ‘Q&A’ or contact to us, if you have further questions.

首先，關於造成您購買fan club票的不便致上最高的歉意
在此請讓我告知您最新的訂票狀況及訂票進展情形，這也是你們現在最想知道的事情
以下是fan club會員於10/30 10:00pm至10/31 7:00am的訂票名單(國際fans應該已同時付款完畢)，所以你們可以確認你們的訂票狀況
有重複訂票的會員，將由你們訂的票的日期、同行同伴、區塊來交叉辨認。若一人同訂多次，以最先訂到的那次為優先；若您跟您的同行同伴都有訂票的話，以先訂到票的人為優先
確認上述重複訂票情形調整後的名單，然後請如同之前的公告時間11/1 4:00pm前付款

目前訂票是暫停的，因為太多人想訂票，而且有會員們的重複訂票造成賣出票的數量虛增，而無法正確計算出12/15和12/16總共各賣出多少張哪個區域的票。所以停止訂票讓各位確認訂票狀況後決定是否付款
你們可以從名單中，12/15和12/16分配給fan club的座位區塊，來知道剩下位置的數量
尚未訂票的fan club會員，額外訂票將於11/1 10:00pm[color=blue](台灣時間9:00pm)[/color]開始，以先登入的會員先訂票為原則
已經訂票的fan club會員，務必確認您的訂票狀況及付款(別忘了以訂票人的真實姓名付款，國內fan club務必在11/2 12:00pm前付款)
確認訂票及付款之後，最終名單會在11/3前公佈，想退票的會員請於11/4前E-mail給我們(E-mail信箱之後會公告)，11/6前將會退款
請記得11/6之後將不會有任何退款或額外訂票，若有疑問請用Joyplace的"Q&A"或連絡我們
