Currently, purchase requests of the tickets for events other than the Seoul performance official fan club are no longer tendered via JYP website.
We deeply apologize for the inconveniences caused to our valued members due to the unpreparedness on us.
We, JYP, just were able to recognize the problems so far through the official website, representative sites, and telephone inquiries, etc, and after searching for proper measures for these problems in collaboration with the fan club board and the website management company in charge of the development of the ticket sales section, we are now bringing out the final announcement as follows.
The purchase applicants list posted before was the one with the superposed names totally filtered out, however in order to make the data more reliable to our valued fans, we replaced them for original data which were filtered only at minimal level.
For details, please check the following contents.

You are a member of the fan club(the 4th and 5th term of the Cloud), and a member of Cloud Japan. If that is right?

Read the following and go on to the second stage!!! ^^
1. The table in the board below shows the list of the fan club members in the order they requested via purchase page.
2. Each item of the board are classified and posted totally in 24 categories by the performance dates, seat blocks, and fan club groups.

(The numbers in the table are the ones to count the number of the categories and have no other meaning.) [/color]

[/color]3. The names listed in each item were confirmed by the official fan club of the applicable group.
4. The names shown in each item are the data listed in the order of the time you requested not filtering out the superposed names.
5. The names listed in each item are the data arranged by the conditions of their companions.
[color=green][b]* Order of Requester plus Companion
- 4th term member of the Cloud plus 4th term member of the Cloud are admitted.
- 5th term member of the Cloud plus 4th term member of the Cloud, 5th term member of the Cloud, the Cloud are admitted.
- Cloud Japan member plus 4th term member of the Cloud, 5th term member of the Cloud, the Cloud, Cloud Japan are admitted. [/b][/color]
-> When requesting as a companion, even if the companion belongs in the group of seat priority, the priority to be assigned is in the group where the requester of the same party belongs.
* For example, in the case of a requester(Cloud Japan) plus a companion of the 4th term member of the Cloud, even if the companion is the 4th term member, his/her seat is assigned according to the seat priority of the Cloud Japan member, the requester.
6. The names shown in each item are the list to which additional requesters were added. Both groups are classified by a continuous line.
7. All the names in each item are the list that covers all the requests not missing even one single request by the members made so far.

-> The member ‘A’ is received as a request of totally one case along with the companion, the member ‘B’.You may click the seat, 1. A-A , and post a reply.
* The member ‘A’ requested under his/her name once and as the first two sheets of tickets with the companion member ‘B’ under.
* The member ‘C’ requested under his/her name once and as the second one sheet of ticket alone.
* The member ‘D’ requested under his/her name once and as the third one sheet of ticket alone.
* Though the member ‘A’ requested one sheet of ticket vicariously for the member ‘E’ and his/her request order is the fourth, vicarious request is treated as void because of the handover of the member right.
(As such case is subject to refund even if the money is remitted, please take caution for that.) [/color]
Case2>> Oh, gosh, I don’t find my name in any of the 24 groups. Some are there, and other are not.

1. A member can apply only one time per day(max. 2 times for both days)
2. For an application per day, you may apply up to 2 tickets.(max. 4 tickets for both days)
3. Any other proxy application will be void unless you apply alone(totally 1 ticket) or apply other one as your company including you(totally 2 tickets). [/b][/color]

If you use Internet banking or phone banking service, your phone number may be recorded. In addition, even when you write your name and date of birth in payer’s space or ID, you should write the description as it is regardless of the text.

I’m a member of the 4th Cloud and decided to visit the concert of Rain in Seoul for both days. I could not be sure so I had to apply it by several times on the same day.
Checking the list, I can see one who applied with one’s friend or applied by oneself.
Oh, I also applied it with my friend who is a member of the 5th Cloud. That must be filtered as the above notice. I couldn’t see that.
Well..^^
On 15th, I would like to see the concert with my friend, a member of the 4th Cloud in 900-seat block.
On 16th, I would see him alone cause I reserved 600-seat block.
First of all, I paid the money at the bank close to my house on 20 past 12 afternoon, Thursday, November 2nd.
On 15th, I paid the total sum including my friend’ ticket fee.
On 16th, I paid for one ticket, but I could not be sure about it and I had to write my birthday followed by a payer’s name.
Then, I went into the notification item of my case and checked my ID. First of all, on 15th, I checked my unique number in the list I wished to go, it was 87th. So, I clicked my ID in the 87th and wrote the followings.

Check whether your additional application is well process in the list.
If you do not pay it for the extended period, you will receive a mail.
The above member who would receive an email means the member who already applied and could have a ticket simply by paying the ticket.
The mail is sent to inform you of the important notice that your seat is reserved in a good order and you’re asked to pay the ticket. If you received the mail, you may complete the application and payment steps once you pay the ticket following the link

Payment and reply status are open until the payment and reply are closed. For each case out of totally 24, the seats will be allocated in a good order of the 4th Cloud > the 5th Cloud > The Cloud > Cloud Japan.
If a home member oneself pays it while looking at reply status in real time, you may check your application. However, if the number of payers exceeds the number of seats available, the money will be refunded during the later refund period(bank service charge would not be included). In order that the member of the 5th Cloud could check it comfortably, I’ll appreciate if the members of the 4th Cloud write replies.
[b]If you’re in overseas>>>> [/b]
Payment and reply status are open to every member until the payment and reply are closed. For each case out of totally 24, the seats will be allocated in a good order of the 4th Cloud > the 5th Cloud > The Cloud > Cloud Japan.
If you’re overseas member, we’ll cancel your payment on behalf of you.
However, considering members who might already pay it by credit card, we reserved seats for the members who paid in the first application for 900 seats of both days but were limited(additional payer will be excluded). If you hopefully even get this seat, follow the mail you received. Upon your consent, your reapplication would be processed in the 900-seat block just by changing your seat on the day you applied.

12/15的票，我付了我跟我朋友的票款
12/16的票，我付了一張票款，但不確定是否無誤，在付款人下方我填了我的生日
然後，我進入了上述24項目符合我的項目並確認我的ID，首先，在12/15名單上找到了我的特定號碼87，我點選我的ID並寫下這些
