Important notice about RAIN's Seoul concert ticket booking
Dear The CLOUD & CLOUD Japan
This is notice that how to finish your booking process for RAIN’s Seoul Concert Ticket.
First of all, this is the schedule for The CLOUD & CLOUD Japan.

5PM, Nov. 2nd(Thu) : Notifying the list of applicants
Until 11:59PM, Nov. 4th(Sat): Reply closed (korean time)
Noon, Nov. 5th(Sun) : Page open for checking arranged seats and refund and payment process and completing booking process
Until 11:59PM, Nov. 6th(Mon) : Notifying the finalized list/the finalized list of network live
Until 11:59PM, Nov. 8th(Wed) : Refund(credit card payment cancellation) processed
In our database, you are listed in order you made at first time.
But as you already knew, each case out of totally 24, the seats will be allocated in a good order of the 4th Cloud > the 5th Cloud > The Cloud > Cloud Japan.
We want to make sure that every member of The CLOUD and CLOUD Japan gets the ticket.
We come up with one idea.
We will reserve your seats to 900 seating block under your agreement, If your seating block is full,
We hope you humbly understand this situation.

Please follow following step to complete booking process.
1) For someone who booked ticket and finish payment process

- Check out your booking condition in upper list & click ‘confirm’ button until 11:59PM, Nov.4th(Sat)
- Visit [url=http://t.jype.com/]http://t.jype.com[/url] & check arranged seat information at Noon,Nov. 5th(Sun)
- Check finalized list on Nov. 6th(Mon)
2) For someone who booked ticket but did not finish payment process
- Check booking condition at [url=http://t.jype.com/]http://t.jype.com[/url]
- Check out your booking condition in lower list & click ‘confirm’ button
- Visit [url=http://t.jype.com/]http://t.jype.com[/url] & check arranged seat information at Noon, Nov. 5th(Sun) & proceed to payment process
- Check finalized list on Nov. 6th(Mon)
3) For someone who want to refund
- Visit [url=http://t.jype.com/]http://t.jype.com[/url] at Noon, Nov. 5th(Sun) and proceed to refund process

首先，這是給The CLOUD和CLOUD Japan的預定進度表

11/2(星期四) 下午4:00(台灣時間)：公佈申請者名單
11/4(星期六) 晚上10:59前(台灣時間)：回覆截止
11/5(星期日) 中午11:00(台灣時間)：開放網頁供大家確認安排的座位、退款、付款程序及完成訂票程序
11/6(星期一) 晚上10:59前(台灣時間)：公佈最終名單/network live最終名單
11/8(星期三) 晚上10:59前(台灣時間)：退款處理(取消信用卡付款交易)
我們的資料中，名單以您的第一次申請順序為基準
但如您所知，24項目裡的所有座位都會依雲四期>雲五期>The Cloud>Cloud Japan為順位
我們想確定每位The CLOUD及CLOUD Japan的會員都有票
我們想了一個辦法
若您的座位區塊已滿，經您的同意後我們將改為您保留900席的座位區塊
希望您能理解這樣的狀況
在http://t.jype.com The CLOUD及CLOUD Japan有兩種名單
請依下列步驟完成訂票程序
1)已訂票且完成付款程序者
-在http://t.jype.com確認訂票狀況
-在上半部名單中找出您的訂位狀況並在11/4(星期六) 晚上10:59前(台灣時間)點選'confirm'鍵
-11/5(星期日) 上午11:00(台灣時間)至[url=http://t.jype.com/]http://t.jype.com[/url]確認安排的座位資訊
-11/6(星期一)確認最終名單
2)已訂票但尚未完成付款程序者
-在http://t.jype.com確認訂票狀況
-在下半部名單中找出您的訂位狀況並點選'confirm'鍵

-11/6(星期一)確認最終名單
3)欲退款者
