經長時間累積而導致現在的不信任和不滿的結果.
還有, 因工作人員之間的溝通不良和不滿
也導致工作人員裡面發生許多問題.
身為世界明星'Rain'歌迷會的工作人員必需要做許多事才行,
符合歌迷們要求的工作人員的態度是必要的
必需成為能夠傾聽歌迷意見的工作人員才行
但是許多部份做得不夠好也沒能有所行動
讓歌迷朋友們感到很失望.
現在工作人員內部問題, 還有歌迷對工作人員的不信任.
為了解決這樣的問題點
工作人員們以歌迷的意見為基礎提出許多意見和討論.
大家都非常煩惱也無法輕易做出決定.
可是, 在許多意見中也有大家一致贊同的,
(不知道今後Rain會和怎樣的企劃公司合作)
那就是在重新開始的這個時間點
為了能夠帶給Rain和歌迷力量必需往好的方向走下去才行.
結果就是, 經過多次的討論後得了到以下的結論.
取消現在工作人員的職位, 工作人員一律平等的一起做事
(取消會長, 副會長的職位)
等到有活動的時候再組織Task Force Team(TF團隊)
專門針對那個活動來進行
活動時的TF團隊裡面最少有2~3個小組,
小組裡的工作人員依照職務和能力的不同每次都會不一樣.
在進行TF團隊的工作時如有不足的部分
會請歌迷朋友一起幫忙.
小組分工合作各自進行,
互相掌握各組的進行事項以提高工作效率,
這樣許多事應該就能有系統有效率的進行.
也會是能夠積極反應歌迷意見的組織方式.
(這個組織方式會持續到雲5期工作人員的任期結束時為止.)
這樣的組織方式能夠解決
以前所產生的擅自決定, 意見未能整合的問題
因而可以做好更多的事.
當然, 以前所產生的不信任感很難因為這一篇公告就能平息.
而且, 心理還是會有些懷疑今後是不是真的能有所改變.
這些都是以前不被大家信賴的工作人員所該負起的責任.
但是, 因為以前從來沒有提出過這樣具體性的意見
所以請大家最後再給提出了這樣改進意見的工作人員們一次機會.
這段時間不管是對內還是對外我們都遇到了很多困難
如同下雨之後地面會更堅固這句話, 希望透過這樣的考驗能夠讓歌迷朋友和工作人員團結一致
大家一起同心協力繼續支持'Rain'.
在Rain World和各個歌迷網站的歌迷意見我們都看到了.
每個工作人員在當工作人員之前也都是雲都是喜愛'Rain'的歌迷.
在今後剩下的任期裡我們會用和所有歌迷同樣的心情,
做為所有歌迷選出來的雲的代表,
