저작권에 대해 안내 말씀을 드립니다.



한국을 비롯하여 다른 나라에서 연예인의 초상권에 있어서 권리자와 협의 없이

사용을 하는 경우가 상당히 많이 발생하고 있습니다.

현재 지적재산권, 초상권, 저작권, 인접 권 등의 많은 법적 책임이 강화 되었음을

알려드립니다.  



저희 회사 소속연예인의 컨텐츠는 ㈜제이튠 엔터테인먼트에서 관리를 하고 있으며

이에 관련하여 (초상권) 아래와 같이 알려드리오니.

이 점 숙지하시어 피해를 보는 일이 없도록 주의 하시길 부탁 드립니다.



- 컨텐츠 소유자 또는 소유사에서는 무단으로 불법 복제 유포하는 사이트 및 운영자 또는

개인에게 법적 책임을 묻는 추세입니다.

광고 사진은 광고사가 공연사진은 공연판권 소유사가 초상을 소유하고 있습니다.

이번 팬들이 제작을 한 다이어리와 달력과 같이 광고 사진 등을 무단으로
